Do you provide free consultations?
Yes, I provide a free 15-minute consultation for any prospective client/s.
How can I schedule an appointment?

When will we meet?
I currently see clients Tuesday through Friday. I have open slots for in-person sessions only on Thursdays; sessions are 50 minutes.
What are your fees?
My therapy fees vary depending on your therapeutic needs. They range from $225 to $300.
I offer low-fee and sliding-scale appointments, depending on availability.
Do you take insurance?
While I am not currently in network with any insurance providers, I am happy to assist you in navigating any out-of-network benefits you may have with your insurance. These benefits typically cover 40-100% of the cost, making therapy more accessible. With out-of-network benefits, you pay the session fee following our visit. I will provide you with a receipt or 'superbill' that you can easily submit to your insurance for reimbursement.
When you call your insurance company to verify your benefits, I recommend asking the following questions:
Do I have out-of-network mental/behavioral health benefits?
Do I have an out-of-network deductible? If so, how much, and has it been met by other medical expenses?
What amount is covered per psychotherapy session?
What methods of payment do you accept?
For virtual clients, I accept credit or debit cards. If we meet in person, I accept cash, credit, and debit cards.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please give me at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule our appointment. Otherwise, you are responsible for the full session fee.
